These Terms of Service govern the use of Axiom Social Manager ("Axiom"), a social media management and content publishing application.

1. Purpose of Axiom Social Manager

Axiom Social Manager provides tools for managing music-related social media activity, including content planning, campaign creation, publishing, account management, performance analysis and authorised interaction with supported third-party platforms.

2. Authorised Accounts

You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. Connections to third-party platforms are made through their official authentication and authorisation systems where available.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for ensuring that your use of Axiom complies with the rules and terms of each connected platform.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Axiom may integrate with third-party services and social media platforms, including TikTok and other supported services.

Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies and platform requirements. Axiom does not control the availability, operation or policies of third-party platforms.

4. Content and Publishing

You remain responsible for content published through accounts connected to Axiom. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish any music, audio, video, images, text or other material submitted through the service.

Axiom may use automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted processes to prepare, optimise, schedule or publish content according to the settings and permissions configured for the service.

5. Acceptable Use

Axiom must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, deceptive account activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, spam, harassment, or activity that violates the rules of a connected platform.

6. Account Connections and Revocation

Access granted to Axiom through a third-party platform may be revoked through that platform where supported. Disconnecting or revoking access may prevent Axiom from publishing content or performing other authorised actions for that account.

7. Availability and Changes

Features may change as Axiom is developed or as third-party platforms modify their APIs, permissions, policies or services. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

8. Disclaimer

Axiom is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that use of the service will produce any particular level of social media reach, engagement, streams, sales or other commercial result.

9. Termination

Access to Axiom may be discontinued at any time. Third-party account authorisations may also be disconnected or revoked independently through the relevant platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Axiom Social Manager develops. The effective date displayed on this page will be updated when material changes are made.
