Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Axiom Social Manager ("Axiom") handles information when users connect social media accounts and use Axiom's content management, publishing, engagement and analytics features.

1. Information We Collect

Axiom may process information provided directly by users, including artist, album, track, campaign and content information.

When a social media account is connected, Axiom may receive information authorised by the user and made available by the relevant platform's API. This may include account identifiers, basic profile information, granted permissions, publishing information, content status and available performance or engagement information.

2. Social Media Account Connections

Axiom connects to supported social media platforms using their authorised authentication systems and APIs.

Axiom does not require users to provide their social media passwords directly to Axiom. Where supported, access is granted through the platform's official authorisation process.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide Axiom's functions, including connecting authorised accounts, preparing and publishing content, managing campaigns, monitoring publishing status, analysing performance, managing permitted social interactions and improving future content recommendations.

4. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Axiom may use artificial intelligence services to analyse music, lyrics, campaign information, audience opportunities and performance information and to generate content recommendations, captions, campaign concepts, responses and other social media material.

Information supplied to AI services is limited to information reasonably required to perform the requested Axiom function.

5. TikTok Data

When a user authorises Axiom to connect to TikTok, Axiom may process TikTok account information and other data made available through the permissions granted by the user and TikTok's APIs.

TikTok data is used only to provide authorised Axiom functionality, such as account connection, content publishing, publishing-status monitoring, analytics and other functionality permitted by TikTok.

Axiom does not use TikTok data for purposes unrelated to the functionality authorised by the user.

6. Storage and Security

Axiom uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

Authentication credentials, access tokens and other sensitive credentials are handled separately from ordinary application data where appropriate and are not intentionally exposed through the public user interface.

7. Sharing of Information

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Axiom, including hosting, database, storage, artificial intelligence and connected social media platform services.

Axiom does not sell personal information or social media account data.

8. Data Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Axiom's functionality, maintain required records, improve the service, or satisfy legal and platform requirements.

Some campaign and performance information may be retained to support historical analytics and improve future recommendations.

9. Revoking Platform Access

Users may revoke Axiom's access to a connected third-party account through the relevant platform where that functionality is available.

Revoking access may prevent Axiom from publishing, retrieving account information or performing other authorised actions for that account.

10. Data Access and Deletion

Users may request access to or deletion of personal information held by Axiom where applicable. Requests may be made using the contact details associated with Axiom Social Manager.

Revoking access to a third-party platform does not necessarily delete information previously stored by Axiom. A separate deletion request may be required where applicable.

11. Third-Party Services

Connected platforms and service providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms. Axiom is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Axiom develops or as legal, technical or platform requirements change. The effective date shown on this page will be updated when material changes are made.

13. Contact

Questions, privacy enquiries and data access or deletion requests may be directed to the operator of Axiom Social Manager through the contact details associated with the service.
